Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Mainframe Platform Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads teams in defining complex requirements, deliverables, and timeframes
- Conducts root cause analysis to resolve complex IT Infrastructure problems
- Mentors team members and leads the delivery of complex technical training
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with IBM z/Series mainframe
- 7+ years of expert-level experience in z/OS Mainframe Systems Programming, including SMPE, DB2, IMS, and CICS
- Experience in vendor collaboration to resolve software and systems issues
- Ability to work off-hours, weekends, and be on-call 24x7x365
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
