Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to build and maintain a SaaS web and mobile solution for childcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Design, Product Management, and Engineering
- Architect, design, develop, and deploy features across the tech stack
- Coach other members of the engineering team on best practices
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience building web and SaaS-based applications
- Expertise with Ruby on Rails and experience with JavaScript frameworks, particularly React
- Strong AWS experience and familiarity with cloud-native software delivery
- Experience with CI/CD and Agile processes in a structured setting
- BS in Computer Science or related experience
