Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer, Commercial Servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of instructional materials and learning experiences aligned with organizational objectives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance
• Manage multiple learning projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in instructional design or job enablement
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Proficiency in editing tools such as Camtasia, Audacity, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with risk management practices in regulated industries
