Job Summary

A company in the insurance industry is looking for a Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative.

Position Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and resolve customer needs quickly and efficiently
  • Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of insurance requirements and carrier guidelines
  • Use a consultative approach to identify and assess customer needs, upsell, and ensure each customer is placed best for their needs
Required Qualifications
  • Resident state P&C license
  • Two plus years of customer service experience in the non-standard market
  • Experience working in a high volume and fast-paced call center environment
  • Ability to multitask using multiple screens and navigate several carrier platforms and systems simultaneously
  • Bilingual is a plus
