Job Summary
A company in the insurance industry is looking for a Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative.
Position Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and resolve customer needs quickly and efficiently
- Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of insurance requirements and carrier guidelines
- Use a consultative approach to identify and assess customer needs, upsell, and ensure each customer is placed best for their needs
Required Qualifications
- Resident state P&C license
- Two plus years of customer service experience in the non-standard market
- Experience working in a high volume and fast-paced call center environment
- Ability to multitask using multiple screens and navigate several carrier platforms and systems simultaneously
- Bilingual is a plus
