Major Account Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Major Account Coordinator - Region Concepts (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide sales support by participating in collaboration calls, monitoring seller activities, and managing customer relationships
• Analyze customer-specific reports and manage vendor coordination and contract management to optimize customer profitability
• Proactively identify at-risk customers and engage in personal development through performance management programs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales, sales support, or sales analyst role
• Strong analytical skills with experience in preparing presentations and interpreting data
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Food service/distribution experience and familiarity with third-party ordering systems preferred
