Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Business Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and oversee clinical and non-clinical technology evaluation and implementation
- Develop business requirements for new technologies to enhance service delivery
- Lead collaboration with stakeholders to capture functional and technical requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with various architectures (Internet, Intranet, EDI, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in creating business requirements documentation
- 5+ years of experience in business requirements methodologies
- Experience with CRM platforms and large-scale change management preferred
