Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Business Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and oversee technology evaluation and implementation for clinical and non-clinical customer service
- Develop business requirements for new technologies to enhance service and care delivery
- Lead collaboration efforts to capture functional and technical requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with Internet, Intranet, Extranet, EDI, and client/server architectures
- 5+ years of experience in creating business requirements documentation deliverables
- 5+ years of experience in performing business requirements methodologies
- Experience with large scale change management initiatives preferred
