Market Operations Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Market Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service as the first point of contact for exchange members, ensuring timely responses and ticket logging for all interactions
- Monitor and troubleshoot the exchange, identifying and mitigating operational risks, and attending to member requests
- Communicate effectively across internal and external departments to ensure clear and constant communication
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of trade desk or operations desk experience at a broker dealer or exchange
- Experience supporting FIX and SBE Protocols
- Knowledge of U.S. equity markets, market structure, and clearing
- Willingness to obtain necessary licenses as directed by Compliance
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a complex operational setting
