Mechanical CAD Designer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mechanical CAD Designer to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed design drawings for oil and gas facilities
- Develop piping and instrumentation diagrams and 3D models of facility piping systems
- Mentor and train junior designers, perform field inspections, and provide support during construction and commissioning activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in CAD or Engineering Technology
- 3-4+ years of experience in preparing drawings and documentations in the oil and gas industry
- Proficiency in Autodesk software programs such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or CadWorx
- Experience with 3D modeling of facility piping
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations for the Oil and Gas industry
