Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Mechanical Design Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee mechanical design development, including part drawings, solid models, and prototypes
- Supervise and lead a team of mechanical designers, managing performance and resource allocation
- Facilitate continuous improvement and serve as a point of escalation for project issues
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product development experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Associate's degree in mechanical design or equivalent
- Experience with 3D solid modeling using SolidWorks
- Experience with mechanical and electromechanical products
- Must have unrestricted work authorization in the US
