Model Risk Governance Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Model Risk Governance Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned lines of business (LOBs) to provide guidance, advice, consultation services, and training on model risk and model risk management program
• Ensure consistency and compliance with Model Risk Policy and procedures by working closely with independent model validation team during validation processes
• Oversee LOB programs and policies where models are used, monitor and measure model risk performance, and review and challenge model strategy, control design, implementation, testing, and remediation for all LOBs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in model or related risk management/governance, internal or external audit, project management, or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of GRC and Tableau
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work across silos
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
