Mortgage Closing Coordinator
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Closing Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and scheduling closing requests while managing the closing calendar
- Verifying the accuracy and compliance of closing requests with regulatory and lender requirements
- Acting as a liaison among processors, loan officers, and third-party originators to ensure all parties are informed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably with reverse mortgage experience
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in relevant software such as Encompass, Quantum Reverse, and Excel
- Ability to work from 8 AM to 5 PM PST
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to mortgage closings
