Job Summary
A company is looking for a Closing Coordinator (Temporary Contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Interact and correspond with all parties and agents throughout the settlement process
- Work closely with agents, buyers, sellers, and third parties to obtain necessary information for settlement
- Provide quotes and explanations about the settlement process and title insurance to potential customers
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3+ years of title industry experience
- Familiarity with software/technologies such as Qualia, Tableau, and Google Drive
- Strong customer service background with title and/or real estate knowledge
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoyment of challenges and creative problem solving
