A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative - Banking Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from clients regarding mortgage loans and make outbound follow-up calls as necessary
- Document call details accurately and resolve customer service-related issues
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Mortgage Industry Customer Support
- Contact Center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of the mortgage industry preferred
- Customer service aptitude and orientation
