A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative - Banking Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from clients regarding mortgage loans and make outbound follow-up calls as necessary
  • Document call details accurately and resolve customer service-related issues
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Mortgage Industry Customer Support
  • Contact Center experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of the mortgage industry preferred
  • Customer service aptitude and orientation
