Job Summary
A company is looking for a Network Analyst to evaluate, develop, and maintain their provider network.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze provider network data to assess adequacy, accessibility, and utilization
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for monitoring network performance metrics
- Identify gaps in provider coverage and recommend strategic network expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business analytics, statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare network development, analytics, or data management
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models and network adequacy standards
- Experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
