Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Network Development, MOS.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direction to a team of Network Development Specialists and establish networks to meet adequacy requirements
• Oversee recruitment projects, including defining goals, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with standard processes
• Negotiate contracts and rates with new providers while maintaining a positive work environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of network management experience with knowledge of managed care provider networks
• Experience with healthcare data systems
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and work experience may be considered
