Job Summary
A company is looking for an Asset Based Lending Attorney to provide legal support for asset-based lending transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the legal team in supporting asset-based lending credit facilities
- Review and negotiate credit and collateral documentation, amendments, and agreements
- Research and advise on legal issues affecting secured credit facilities and asset-based lending
Required Qualifications
- Experience with secured credit facilities
- Familiarity with asset-based lending credit facilities
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for secured lending
- Active bar membership in the state of residence
- Experience with borrowing bases from cash flow lending is preferred
