Required Qualifications

- 3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies
- Expert level experience in call center operations and analytics
- Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Preferred 5+ years of relevant experience in Workforce Management methodologies
