Job Summary
A company is looking for a Branch Manager responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of their assigned branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Coaches and develops branch staff in selling techniques and marketing strategies
- Oversees marketing initiatives and ensures compliance while promoting sales opportunities
- Participates in community activities to enhance the company's local presence and reputation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Knowledge of current loan and underwriting guidelines
- Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as a Licensed Loan Originator
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
- Five or more years of previous experience in a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent
