Job Summary

A company is looking for a Branch Manager responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of their assigned branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coaches and develops branch staff in selling techniques and marketing strategies
  • Oversees marketing initiatives and ensures compliance while promoting sales opportunities
  • Participates in community activities to enhance the company's local presence and reputation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Knowledge of current loan and underwriting guidelines
  • Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as a Licensed Loan Originator
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Five or more years of previous experience in a similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
