Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Project Manager to support project implementation efforts and customer onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure program delivery with accuracy and quality by collaborating with customers, payment networks, banks, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation, building relationships and understanding integration needs
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to deliver projects on time and to exceptional standards
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and PMI certification
- Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills
- Proven ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions
- Experience in developing and maintaining productive working relationships with team members and stakeholders
- Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities in a high-pressure environment
