Job Summary

- Serve as the subject matter expert for Revenue Cycle Services
- Provide leadership and education regarding Revenue Cycle Services regulations and changes
- Monitor aged accounts receivable and intervene as necessary for claim-related issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office
- Knowledge of insurance billing and follow-up processes
- Leadership experience in a related field
- Ability to manage changes in Revenue Cycle Services requirements
- Experience in claims escalation and resolution
