Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support daily activities and performance management of engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with regional recruiting and maintain the New Hire Tracker
- On-board new hires and manage system updates and records
- Provide ongoing support to management and operations teams, including special projects
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School diploma
- At least 3 years of current data entry experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have a home office with high-speed internet access
- Exhibit professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
