Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cross-Functional Operations Coordinator I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the generalist for the Registrar's Office, answering inquiries from students, faculty, and staff
  • Manage and distribute incoming inquiries using various technological platforms
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in maintaining office operations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience with customer-facing systems and technologies
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
