Operations Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Manager to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the delivery of online market research projects, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Collaborate with teams and communicate proactively with clients regarding project status and deliverables
- Manage online communities and develop personalized recruitment plans to meet client needs and KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of customer and marketing/digital principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge or experience in Digital Marketing is an advantage
- Previous experience with Consumer Product Goods / FMCG companies is a plus
