Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Program Manager to support operational excellence and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the Core Operations' Quality Assurance program to ensure premium experiences for providers and clients
• Support the operating rhythm of the Operations department, including managing cross-team programs and communication strategies
• Serve as a liaison between Core Operations and other departments to ensure effective communication of critical information and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in business operations, program management, or related fields, preferably in healthcare or fast-paced environments
• Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional programs and driving operational improvements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience in building and managing quality assurance programs or similar initiatives
• Exceptional project management skills and organizational abilities
