Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Technology Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Ops-IT project priority and communicate weekly on project progress
- Collaborate with COE leaders and the IT team to identify improvement opportunities and implement new process solutions
- Develop and maintain a project portfolio, reporting on status and demonstrating return on investment
Required Qualifications
- Certification as a Project Management Professional or relevant experience in improvement implementation
- Expertise in Excel functions and business intelligence within the healthcare industry
- Experience in facilitating teams and managing multiple projects from inception to completion
- Strong business acumen in analyzing Key Performance Indicators
- Ability to develop data-driven solutions and project charters
