Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst 2-Ops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate business practices and processes to improve operational efficiency and compliance
- Liaise with various divisions to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing
- Analyze data to measure key performance indicators and identify operational improvements
Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of North America Applications Sales processes
- Prior analytics experience
- Experience creating and managing dashboards using Excel and other analytics tools
- Knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud, SQL, Oracle SI-DV Subject Areas, APEX is preferred
