Oracle DBA
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Oracle DBA to migrate and support large Oracle databases in the Azure Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Oracle databases, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Utilize DMS tools for migrating databases from on-premises to the cloud and implement high availability architectures
- Participate in 24x7 on-call support and perform root cause analysis of database issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Database Administration on Windows/UNIX/Linux platforms
- Strong familiarity with Oracle implementation in Azure cloud
- Experience with Oracle 19c, Golden Gate, Data Guard, and performance tuning
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
