Job Summary

A company in the eCommerce industry is seeking a Payments and CX Product Manager.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Define roadmap, requirements, and priorities for payment integrations and customer experience
  • Design and deliver solutions and tools for customers and internal teams with an emphasis on user experience
  • Lead a cross-functional team to deliver new features and/or products, as well as ongoing optimizations
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience managing software products, payment integrations, and CRM and customer service software
  • Knowledge of payments and billing ecosystems (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience driving prioritization, trade-offs, and timelines
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and engineering teams
