A company is looking for a Global CX Consulting Solutions Engineer to support sales efforts by engaging with large and complex customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with large and complex customers to support sales efforts

  • Provide expertise in cloud contact center solutions and architecture design
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in the Contact Center industry
  • 10+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering capacity with large global customers
  • Understanding of challenges in migrating from on-premises to cloud solutions
  • Hands-on experience with complex contact center implementations
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives
