A company is looking for a Global CX Consulting Solutions Engineer to support sales efforts by engaging with large and complex customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with large and complex customers to support sales efforts
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to drive CX strategy
- Provide expertise in cloud contact center solutions and architecture design
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in the Contact Center industry
- 10+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering capacity with large global customers
- Understanding of challenges in migrating from on-premises to cloud solutions
- Hands-on experience with complex contact center implementations
- Ability to engage and influence C-level executives
