Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to process payroll, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll, calculate hours and deductions, and manage new hires and terminations
  • Maintain accurate and timely payroll records and reports
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee questions about payroll and benefits
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in payroll administration
  • Experience in a multi-state payroll environment
  • Paylocity experience
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus
