Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to process payroll, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll, calculate hours and deductions, and manage new hires and terminations
- Maintain accurate and timely payroll records and reports
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee questions about payroll and benefits
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in payroll administration
- Experience in a multi-state payroll environment
- Paylocity experience
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus
