Performance Testing Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Performance Testing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, select, and implement performance tools and software based on the specific needs and requirements of the organization
- Monitor the performance of tools and systems on an ongoing basis to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement a comprehensive performance testing strategy tailored to the specific needs of the project
Required Qualifications:
- 9+ years of working knowledge and implementations of at least 2 performance testing tool sets including Tricentis NeoLoad
- Experience in enterprise application performance testing ex: SAP
- Strong consulting background and able to define the program level strategy
- Minimum 5 years of working knowledge in APM tools such as App Dynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, NewRelic or comparable packaged or open-source performance monitoring tools
- Good hands-on experience in SQL and familiarity with leading databases
