Performance Management Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Performance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and participate in the operational rhythm of the business, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement
- Partner with teams to simplify processes, manage SOPs, and align procedures with business priorities
- Leverage data to generate insights on performance metrics and drive accountability across the organization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in Physician Revenue Cycle in shared service and/or operations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to influence others
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus
- Outstanding time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
