Performance User Experience Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Performance User Experience Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct operational efficiency reviews to identify product team capabilities and pain points
- Facilitate cross-organizational coordination to optimize resources and ensure alignment across teams
- Develop and implement a formal decommissioning strategy and operationalize Strike Teams for decommissioning efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields
- 8+ years of relevant experience, with 10 years substituting for education
- Experience working in Jira and Microsoft Suite
- Power BI experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability / Public Trust clearance
