Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Experience Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer transactions and foster strong relationships through inbound calls
  • Educate and advise customers on insurance coverage options and create quotes based on their needs
  • Meet monthly KPIs while recommending improvements to internal tools and product experiences
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in insurance
  • Personal Lines License or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
  • Experience handling responsibilities with limited oversight
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
