Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Experience Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer transactions and build strong relationships through inbound calls
  • Educate customers on insurance products and create tailored quote options
  • Meet monthly KPIs and recommend improvements for internal tools and customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in insurance
  • Personal Lines License or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn about insurance products
