Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Experience Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer transactions and build strong relationships through inbound calls
- Educate customers on insurance products and create tailored quote options
- Meet monthly KPIs and recommend improvements for internal tools and customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in insurance
- Personal Lines License or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn about insurance products
