Pharmacy Program Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Pharmacy Program Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate patient status information and collaborate with internal teams to expedite patient processing
• Identify and resolve escalated issues related to complex reimbursement and serve as a point of contact for manufacturers and patients
• Lead calls with manufacturers and prepare internal reports as requested

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in Specialty Pharmacy
• Pharmacy Technician License and National Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
• Ability to manage urgent and non-urgent issues effectively
• Experience working with diverse customer bases, including manufacturer representatives and healthcare providers
