Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead, Platform Technical Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight on all Platform projects in the product delivery department, engaging with engineering and product managers, as well as department directors
- Manage hands-on project management for key platform projects, working directly with engineers and product managers
- Lead a team of technical project managers, ensuring successful delivery of platform organization projects
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Project Management at technology companies, preferably in FinTech
- Strong understanding of system functionality and architecture
- Expertise in alignment across teams, reporting, and transparency
- Ability to adapt and resolve conflicts in the face of scope changes and missed timelines
- Experience managing software development programs and communicating progress to stakeholders
