Job Summary
A company is looking for a Platform Product Director to lead product strategy and development for their technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate product vision and strategy for platform services
- Drive a Platform-as-a-Product mindset and manage the product lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Agile execution and timely delivery of products
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 7+ years of experience as a Product or Delivery Manager in software platform development
- Experience with Agile project management and managing the development lifecycle
- Demonstrated leadership abilities managing technical product managers and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
