Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Operations Analyst to support Mixed Reality app review workflows and policy enforcement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct content and app reviews for Mixed Reality applications, ensuring adherence to policy and accuracy
• Support policy enforcement across review workflows, escalating complex cases and proposing updates as needed
• Monitor content trends and coordinate with vendor teams to maintain content safety and review standards

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content moderation, policy enforcement, or app review
• Experience with SQL or advanced spreadsheet tools for data analysis
• Familiarity with policy writing and enforcement tracking
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• BA/BS degree in a relevant field highly preferred
