Practice Performance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Practice Performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop data-driven initiatives within oncology practices to improve patient experiences and outcomes while reducing total cost of care
• Partner with cross-functional teams to generate practice-specific insights and operationalize workflows for new interventions
• Monitor the performance of oncology practices and develop quality programs to ensure success in value-based care contracts

Required Qualifications:

• Deep experience in oncology practice transformation and operationalizing new workflows
• Data fluency and ability to independently analyze data
• Effective stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Experience in scaling businesses and fast-paced environments
• Ability to collaborate and lead a team in a growing and evolving environment
