Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Payor Performance and Network Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement specialty network and referral strategies, including performance metrics
• Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and optimize payor program outcomes
• Engage and align physicians and clinical staff in initiatives to improve quality and patient experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a relevant field required; master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of management experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience with Population Management and Value-Based Care operations
• Direct experience working with physicians and influencing behavior through data
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
