Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Administrator - Premium Service Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and monitor work orders, providing direction on solutions based on customer requirements and history
- Analyze complex problems and deliver solutions where precedent may not exist
- Generate and review invoices for service, submitting them in a timely manner to the customer for payment
Required Qualifications:
- High School/GED or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 months relevant experience
- Experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare industries (preferred)
- Must have or be able to obtain applicable state and/or local required industry licenses as required by state law
