Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Data Scientist to lead and scale data science initiatives focused on ad targeting and audience-building innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive models and algorithms to optimize ad targeting and bidding strategies while ensuring user privacy

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analytics, particularly in digital advertising
- Experience in ad tech and programmatic advertising within the digital media ecosystem
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP) and MLOps frameworks (Kubeflow, MLFlow)
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
