Principal Software Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Software Development Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development efforts in designing and maintaining reusable components for a regulated platform
- Drive technical decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability
- Mentor and guide the team while remaining hands-on in coding and architecture
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in React, C#, and SQL with .NET 8
- Exposure to Pharma, CRO, or life sciences platforms
- Architecture and design experience with a focus on defining patterns and best practices
- Prior leadership and mentorship experience
- Experience in regulated environments (GxP, Validation) is highly preferred
