Principal Software Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on cross-team, impactful projects and lead parts of these projects to ensure fast and high-quality delivery
- Build and maintain distributed applications, improving reliability, scalability, and performance
- Develop new features and optimize existing ones in collaboration with the Data Science team
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in developing medium/large-scale web applications and distributed systems in a production environment
- Sound knowledge of common algorithms and data structures
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Ability to make great product and business decisions
- Experience with Ruby code is a plus
