Principal Solutions Architect
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Solutions Architect to support a digital modernization program for Defense Information Systems Agency and Department of Defense agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Engineer in identifying service gaps and driving innovation to evolve DoDNet
- Lead analysis of alternatives and proof of concept development for targeted improvements within DES
- Document and present analysis results to stakeholders and oversee the development of proofs of concept
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related STEM field and 12-15 years of relevant experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance
- Experience designing secure, scalable, and robust on-premise and cloud-based infrastructures
- Experience planning and executing application and service migrations
- Must possess an active DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or the ability to obtain it within 60 days of starting
