Principal Solutions Architect
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Solutions Architect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand business objectives and challenges
- Lead the solution development process and collaborate with internal teams
- Consult with clients on the value proposition of the solution and support deal negotiation and closure
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of work experience in the P&C insurance and/or employee benefits industry
- Experience with consulting organizations or tier-1 BPO organization preferred
- 5+ years of lean process improvement or operations management experience in a service environment required
- 3+ years of P&C or benefits operations management experience preferred
- External consulting or business processing related requirements gathering experience a plus
