Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pro Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify upsell opportunities and drive product adoption
  • Understand customer business needs and collaborate with teams to enhance product features based on feedback
  • Achieve sales goals by managing a robust sales pipeline and working with various teams to maximize product utilization
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales role with quota responsibilities
  • 1-2 years of closing experience in a SaaS/Software environment preferred
  • Experience in consultative sales, including upselling and negotiating
  • Connection or experience in the home services or construction industry is valued
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
