An organization is seeking an Engineering Manager, Process & Tools for their Research & Development department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a Process & Tools Engineering team and operationalize system processes
- Increase developer/administrator velocity by enhancing Jira workflows
- Develop relationships with stakeholders, evaluate tech processes, and collaborate on systems improvements
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of cross-functional experience in business systems technology or software product operations
- 3+ years of experience as a Lead Atlassian Engineer/Administrator or Engineering Manager
- Experience with Atlassian tools, specifically Jira and Confluence
- Experience in a Scrum environment and optimizing Atlassian suite tools for agile development
- Experience in a mid-sized or enterprise SaaS environment
